We do this on an industrial scale. 


We leverage the possibilities of aerated concrete panel based construction.


Up to 2 floor housing we use panels supporting the structure. For higher buildings we use steel and panels.


We have a set of existing kits but we also help you to make your own. 


We do not deliver core and shell below grade, i.e. the foundations

We ship our kits in standardized 20 and 40 ft containers.

Is this solution based on prefab or modular building? 
Our experience and the general opinion in the market is that Prefab solutions lead to a too much of a rigid solution causing problems on the building site, like misfits and leakages. There we feel that lightweight panels provide the required flexibility while retaining the advantages of industrialized production.
Modular building is often associated with containerized sometimes temporary housing. Our kits are designed to last as long as traditional based housing and therefor we do not integrate this building technique.
