Rising costs block much needed global construction growth
In todays situation, property developers find themselves stuck in a deadlock of rising costs of building materials, construction labor, building plot prices, and architect costs. SQL is breaking this deadlock by offering a proven modular construction method.
We deliver complete buildings at a very cost effective pricing level, that require in general 50% of the building time of conventional and more traditional building methods and at 50% of the material cost.

We believe getting rid of your logistical challenges and timing - what should when arrive on the building site - will save you a lot of money. Our categoires range from elements in the 'core and shell' to the 'fit -out' of your building. This means for you a relief on managing multiple suppliers and hiring expensive staffing to coordinate all materials flows. After all, the sequence of delivery the building materials at the building site is key to avoid spacing problems for storage on-site, as well as from a cash flow perspective.

For example, we are the sole supplier for the company Pulchram who has introduced a new concept for assisted living and building nursing homes on a global scale.
